This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and its 13 Information Privacy Principles (IPPs). It applies to this website, our online store, and any other interaction you have with us.

Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order, create an account, book a demo, or contact us.
Order and payment information: products purchased, order history, and billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2. Why we collect it
To process orders, deliver products, and provide after-sales support.
To respond to enquiries, demo requests and warranty claims.

To send marketing emails only where you have opted in — in compliance with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:

Request correction of that information.
Ask us to delete information we no longer need to hold.
Opt out of marketing at any time.
Complain to us, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz, 0800 803 909), if you believe we have breached your privacy.

8. Notifiable privacy breaches
If a privacy breach causes serious harm (or is likely to), we will notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as required by the Privacy Act 2020.
