MARCH BBQ GIVEAWAY PROMOTION

Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Aqua Clear Products Ltd, trading as Pool Robots NZ, located at 150A Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am on 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Purchases made outside this period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, participating authorised dealers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3.3 The promotion is valid only on purchases made from participating authorised iGarden dealers within New Zealand.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, customers must purchase an iGarden K Series robotic pool cleaner from a participating authorised dealer during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Each eligible iGarden K Series robotic cleaner purchased qualifies for one (1) automatic entry into the draw associated with that dealer.
4.3 Entry is automatic upon purchase once the customer provides their full name, phone number, and email address at point of sale.
4.4 There is no additional cost to enter beyond the normal retail purchase price of the qualifying product.
4.5 This promotion is conducted as a sales promotion scheme in accordance with Schedule 7 of the Gambling Act 2003.

5. Prizes

5.1 Each participating authorised dealer will have two (2) prizes allocated:

• One (1) Weber Baby Q BBQ – Black
  
• One (1) Weber Baby Q BBQ – Red
  

5.2 One winner will be drawn per prize per participating dealer.
5.3 The total number of prizes will depend on the number of participating dealers.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5.5 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw

6.1 The prize draw will take place on 01 April 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
6.2 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received for each participating dealer.
6.3 Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) working days of the draw.
6.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of notification, or fails to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Collection

7.1 Prizes must be collected from the participating dealer where the qualifying purchase was made, unless otherwise arranged with the Promoter.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming or collecting the prize.

8. Liability

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and participating dealers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights a consumer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners.
9.2 Personal information will be held by the Promoter and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
9.3 Participants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at [contact email].
9.4 By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name and dealer location may be published for promotional purposes.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.3 By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
