Refunds And Returns
Aqua Clear Products Ltd will, at its discretion accept goods returns in the case where the customer has changed their mind, is unsatisfied with the product or has purchased a product deemed not suitable for its intended purpose. Goods must be returned to Aqua Clear Products Ltd or nominated freight agent within 30 days of receipt in "As New" condition with their original packaging for a full refund.
